My journey and philosophy
With almost 40 years as a holistic life coach, personal trainer, yoga and healing practitioner, alongside an ongoing interest in Asian philosophy and energy arts, I realized that Feng Shui principles applied equally to the body as they did to the home. I was learning and applying both simultaneously. The process for gaining clarity and optimal results was the same for both. My travels to Indonesia, particularly Bali, taught me the art of home Feng Shui, including basic techniques for clearing, refining, and resetting energy to optimize life results. Over many years of deep energy healing work on myself, my family, and clients, this process consistently created optimal results for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. An ideal alignment, foundation, and process unfolded organically.

My Body Feng Shui method applies natural laws that align with your innate intelligence and empower your true potential. Many have lost this distinct connection to themselves and life, leading to a lack of inner knowing, trust, and clarity. Overwhelmed by too many voices and too many choices, a weak sense of direction or purpose, the path forward for most seems nonexistent living reactively rather than purposefully.
We are designed to thrive; genetic and energetic integrity are essential in order to realize this result. Attunement to this design is fundamental to a happy, healthy, and successful life. With a clear mind and a clear heart, we will lead ourselves in the right direction.

I love working with people in leadership positions, whether you are a parent, a teacher, a manager, or anyone who guides and leads others. Self-leadership is the first step towards truly leading others, not by force, but by quality of presence and sincerity. We must first embody whatever we wish to inspire in others.
